Exactly what services do you provide?

As our name implies, we can assist with projects at your home, and we also can plan and execute events, large and small.

Our services in the home have ranged from decoration strategies, acquisition of furniture, art and decorative items as well as their most attractive use in the home.

We often assist with garage or estate sales. Our experience can help find the right places to sell speciality items as well as setting appropriate market driven prices on other items.

We also have planned and executed specialty events, from themed parties, to celebratory dinners for hundreds, to large scale amateur sports events, art festivals, concerts and other similar events.

We are neither appraisers nor contractors, although we can represent you with these service providers if needed.

How do you price our services?

You’ll find all of our services are reasonably priced, and after you’ve had a no-charge conversation with us we can give you an estimate for your project.

Every project is different, and every client has different goals. Let’s talk!

How much lead time do you need to prepare an estate sale?

In many cases we can have an estate sale ready in two weeks. In cases where speciality appraisals are needed it may take longer to locate a qualified appraiser. Larger estates usually mean larger inventories, and may take longer to prepare.

Can you prepare events that are in-home, such as a themed wedding shower?

Absolutely.

My daughter wants to have a event that showcases her music. Can you help?

Yes, we can. We have experience with musical events that have ranged from home concerts to in-theater events seating hundreds. Let’s talk it over!

I just moved to a new, but smaller house, and I’m overwhelmed trying to make the best use of my existing furnishings. Can you help me?

Indeed we can. We can help you make the best use of what you have and also help you liquidate your unwanted items. Often this can be done in three or four days, start to finish, depending on what you have. We love these projects!

My daughter is getting married and wants a theme wedding so her guests will have an “experience” but I’ve no idea where to start.

Have a look at our blog and you can see the imaginative events we’ve created for weddings, showers and birthdays. These events can be tremendously fun, so have no fear, we can make it happen.

WHat are your favorite events to produce?

Honestly, we love creating and executing ALL of these events we do. Each time we do one its something different than before and it keeps us fresh and excited to be of service to our clients. Let’s have some fun together!

I can’t tell if my mother’s plate collection is valuable or not, and she has hundreds of porcelain figurines. Can you help me liquidate these?

We can work with you and put the collections in front of the correct appraisers to obtain professionally written valuations. We also have experience with the actual market for many such items, and sometimes these differ from the formal appraisals.

Can you help me manage a home remodeling project? I travel for business and can’t be on site during the work.

We aren’t contractors, but we can represent you on the work site. These projects can be complicated, but you know that. Let’s discuss your project before you get too far into the project.

My son’s baseball team wants to arrange a playoff series to highlight their skills for college consideration. Can you help?

You bet we can! We’ve handled all sorts of events, including large scale sporting events just like your describe. Call us!
